At, we're committed to providing you with fast, reliable shipping. We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 500, and a flat rate of Rs. 50 for orders below that amount. Our team works hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, so you can start enjoying your incense right away!

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from If for any reason you're not happy with your incense, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Just contact our customer service team and we'll take care of the rest. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.

Refund & Cancellation Policy


We believe at Re:mind that your happiness is our topmost priority! So, we work tirelessly to delight you with our products and make you feel really really special.


We understand that your preference for incense could be different and for this very reason, we will be happy to issue a full refund for any full priced unopened/Unused merchandise that is returned to our warehouse within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Feel free to contact us and we will be happy to arrange reverse pickup for most locations in India. In case you received any opened merchandise please feel free to reject it at the time of delivery.


Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products and we are not liable for any damage post delivery of the product. We will initiate your refund as soon as the product reaches our nearest warehouse and we will inform you about the refund via SMS or email.

Re:mind will take no responsibility for goods signed by an unauthorized person.

Re:mind is not responsible for any damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the same day or next business day of delivery.

Return Policy


Our team at Re:mind takes great effort to ideate, research and perfect each product before delivery to your doorstep. Our sincere hope is that we are able to add 2 minutes of happiness in your spiritual practices. However, in case you do want tor return the products, you can follow the below steps:

  • Raise a return/ replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong product(s) email at

  • You can also raise a request with us using the Chat option.

  • Give us 2 working days to review your return request.

  • After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.
